Our Cottages

Our architect-designed, AAA four star rated, self-contained cottages have been especially designed and crafted to cater to families, accompanying pets, disabled or elderly persons, yet they are also perfect retreats for business or pleasure.

Each luxury cottage represents a different style of Australian architecture to make your stay more unique and memorable. Each cottage provides all the comforts of home: including

fully-equipped kitchen and laundry
spacious lounge and dining areas
baths with showers (Cooroora has indoor and outdoor showers only)
one queen size bed in each bedroom [rollaway beds available]
TV, CD and DVD players - just bring your own CDs and DVDs
Wi Fi Broadband available in all cottages (small charge applies)

private gas barbecues and verandah furniture
Solar heated pool with panoramic view at manager's residence

All daily necessities and conveniences (groceries, restaurants, medical, banking, postal or transportation) are easily available in the nearby quaint town of Cooroy.

We supply a first day breakfast of cereal, milk, bread, butter, jams, coffee and tea.

We have designed our 96 acre private resort with you in mind and now look forward to hosting you.

Is a three bedroom two-story modern cottage with surrounding verandahs. The interior showcases local artists and the natural wonders of Australia.

THE FEDERATION

Two bedroom single floor cottage evokes historical memories with its sandstone facade, decorative accents and antique furnishings.

THE COOROORA

Is a 3 bedroom Cottage especially designed for disabled and elderly guests.

		THE STUDIO SUITE In addition to our cottages, we offer a private fully-equipped apartment attached to the manager's residence.
The Studio Suite has its own kitchen, lounge, bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bedroom, private entrance and parking space and is available for a reduced $130 daily rate (10% discount for more than 3 days, i.e $117 daily) .

	Each queen sized bedroom has a private view of Mount Cooroora
The central kitchen is fully equipped.

	The Federation´s kitchen is integrated with the lounge and includes a formal dining area in addition to its private BBQ area.
The spacious formal lounge is furnished in rich colours.
	A superb view is provided from the private verandah over the surrounding forest and valleys.

	A maximum seven guests can be accommodated among three bedrooms each providing a queen size bed with the lounge's single sofa bed.
A full kitchen completes the comfort with both indoor and verandah dining areas.
	Guests will enjoy the private rear courtyard with outdoor shower, which, if not used to simply relax, may serve as a secure area for pets.
